MPR RI

Lembaga tinggi negara Republik Indonesia

The class for the team at MPR RI took place in a meeting room with exposed brick walls, round mirrors, dark curtains, and an ornamental tree in one corner. Tables dressed in brown cloth were set in a U-shape, so every participant faced the projector screen and could still see colleagues across the room. Almost everyone worked on their own laptop, with a small projector on the table and a flipchart beside the screen.

Two facilitators are seen taking turns at the front: one standing to explain, the other seated at the end of the table holding a microphone while operating a laptop. The screen shows a web application interface being demonstrated. The group photo shows about twenty people in smart casual work clothes. The layout describes a small-group practical class, where participants carry out on their own laptops what is shown on the screen.

Akademi Militer Magelang

Lembaga pendidikan calon perwira TNI Angkatan Darat

The class at this military academy took place in a bright classroom with green and white walls, with individual desks and chairs set out in rows. Cadets in light brown service uniforms sat facing the projector screen and whiteboard, each with a laptop open. A facilitator stood among the desks, and the whiteboard carried sentences that look like a foreign-language exercise.

One photo shows two cadets stepping to the front and shaking hands while the facilitator holds a microphone near the whiteboard, which reads as a paired conversation role-play. Two other photos were taken in the building's atrium: one with staff in camouflage uniforms, another with about fifteen cadets. Judging from the room and the uniforms, the class followed the orderly atmosphere of service education, with a share of speaking practice in front of the group.

DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur

Lembaga legislatif tingkat provinsi

The documentation from the East Java provincial legislative secretariat shows a large class in a hotel ballroom. The banner at the front reads “BIMTEK Sekretariat DPRD”, with a line on technical guidance for PPPK preparation and legislation. Long tables with batik runners were set in rows, and nearly every participant worked at a laptop with a printed module open beside it.

Participants wore batik, in keeping with working custom in government offices. Some photos catch participants reading the printed module closely, while others capture a relaxed moment with thumbs up to the camera. The group photo in front of a stage decorated with gunungan ornaments shows about seventy people. The format is typical of official technical guidance: many participants in one room, material on a large screen, and practice questions worked through individually on laptops.

DPMPTSP Pemprov Maluku Utara

Dinas penanaman modal & pelayanan perizinan Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara

The class for this provincial investment and licensing agency took place in a room with blue and brown acoustic wall panels. Tables were set in a long U-shape, with about twenty participants seated facing each other. Many participants wore matching blue headscarves with black outfits, while the men wore black shirts.

The screen at the front reads “BISINDO”, and throughout the photos participants are moving their hands, copying the signs the facilitator demonstrates. One photo shows a participant's phone with a quiz reading “Tonton video berikut. Apa arti dari isyarat BISINDO”, complete with answer choices. So the class combined live demonstration, practice together, and a phone-based quiz. At the end a representative received a plaque, and participants gathered for a group photo in front of the screen.

Polres Grobogan

Kepolisian Resor tingkat kabupaten

The session at Polres Grobogan took place in a large white marble hall, with the Garuda emblem and portraits of national leaders on the front wall. The stage screen reads “Forum Belajar Bersama Pengelolaan Multimedia dan Pembuatan Konten Digital”, held for the Bhayangkari unity day. Several hundred participants are visible, most in pink uniforms, seated in rows of sofa chairs with low tables in front.

The speaker stood on the hall floor facing the rows directly, without a podium, gesturing with both hands. Participants hold notebooks and phones. Other photos record the ceremonial part: the speaker receiving a certificate of appreciation and a plaque from the leadership in front of the stage table. The format is an open forum with a very large audience, where material is delivered from the front and official protocol runs alongside the learning session.

BKPSDM Cirebon

Pengembangan kompetensi ASN pemerintah daerah

The documentation from the civil service development agency in Cirebon shows two rooms. The first is a large hall with yellow curtains, where about a hundred civil servants in batik and ID lanyards stand for an opening photo. The second is a classroom with orange wood-panelled walls, a projector, a screen, a whiteboard, and a wall clock.

In that classroom, long tables were set in rows and partly in clusters, so participants could face one another. The facilitator stood in front of the screen demonstrating hand movements, and participants at the tables copied them. One photo catches participants getting up and moving between tables, a sign of a group rotation activity. The classroom group photo shows about forty people. The pattern is a joint opening in the hall, followed by a smaller, more active class in a separate room.

Ikatan Dokter Indonesia Jawa Timur

Organisasi profesi dokter tingkat provinsi

The class for these doctors took place in a hotel convention room with a large LED wall on stage. The stage backdrop reads “Artificial Intelligence”, and the screen shows a live quiz application. One readable question asks, in Indonesian, what AI would be most handy for at work today, with options such as summarising journals and preparing patient education material. The counter on screen shows 105 of 113 responses received.

Participants sat at classroom tables in rows and answered on their own phones, while facilitators walked to the tables to help. In another part of the session a quiz leaderboard appeared on screen, and several participants went on stage to receive small gift bags. The format combines a stage presentation with live interaction through phones, which suits a room of more than a hundred people.

DELL Indonesia

Manufaktur teknologi komputer berskala global

The documentation from the team at DELL Indonesia shows a creative session in a hotel ballroom. Round tables were covered in plastic sheeting, set with acrylic paints in many colours, brushes, cups of water, and canvas tote bags printed with the Dell Technologies and Intel logos. Participants wore plastic gloves and disposable aprons and painted flower motifs in the centre of the bags.

The screen at the front shows a slide titled “Langkah-Langkah” (steps), and the guide walked among the tables, leaning in to help participants mix colours. The finished work visible is red flowers painted over orange and blue circles. One photo also catches two people singing into microphones in front of the screen, so the session reads as a relaxed team activity. All participants sit in small groups, each working on their own piece.

PT Behn Meyer Chemicals

Distributor & specialty chemicals multinasional (Behn Meyer Group)

The class for the team at Behn Meyer took place in the evening at a restaurant with dark curtains and red lanterns hanging from the ceiling. Long tables covered in plastic were full of batik tools: a small pan of wax on a burner, canting pens, paint palettes, and canvas bags printed with the company logo. The wall screen shows slides titled “Tips Teknik Canting” and “Sejarah Singkat Batik”.

A guide in a headscarf and batik vest explained the history of batik over a microphone, then participants in plastic aprons and gloves began drawing with wax and adding colour. About twenty-five participants are visible, some moving between tables to look at colleagues' work. At the end two participants hold up bags with boat and flower motifs, while the screen shows “Survey Feedback” with a QR code for participant feedback.

The class for the team at Yamaha Music took place in a hotel meeting room with red carpet. The banner at the front reads “Workshop AI Generatif”, and the slide on screen asks “Mengapa butuh Generative AI?” (why do we need generative AI?). Tables dressed in red and gold were set in rows on two sides with an aisle in the middle, and every participant worked at a laptop.

Participants wore matching white polo shirts with a small logo on the chest, a sign of one team from the same department. The facilitator moved from table to table, leaning beside participants and pointing at their laptop screens to guide them step by step. A camera on a tripod stood at the back of the room. The group photo shows about thirty people, with snack boxes and bottled water on each table.

SARA Malaysia

Lembaga manajemen & pengembangan profesional dari Malaysia

The documentation from SARA Malaysia shows a hotel meeting room with wood-panelled walls and round tables in black cloth. Each table holds gold-framed vanity mirrors and pink gift bags. At the front, a makeup station with a ring light and a lighted makeup case was used for demonstration, while participants in pink satin capes practised the looks at their own tables, checking themselves in the mirrors.

Another part of the session moved to physical practice. Participants in red T-shirts demonstrated paired movements, one person holding a partner's head or arm, resembling practice in breaking free from a hold. Others watched from their chairs and then tried the moves in the middle of the room. The group photo shows about fifteen people posing with raised fists. The session combined demonstration, hands-on practice, and movement in one room.

The class for the team at Panggung Electric took place in a pillared meeting room with the Garuda emblem and portraits of national leaders on the front wall. Tables in green cloth were set in rows facing two screens, and almost every participant worked on a laptop, with power strips running down the middle of the tables. A board on the side wall reads “Karyawan Kelas Dunia” with the points innovative, integrity, and honest.

The facilitator stood with a microphone pointing at a slide that begins “Contoh: Untuk analisis ... tren” (example: for trend analysis). Participants wore batik and shirts with staff ID cards. At several tables two participants discuss something while pointing at a screen. A camera on a tripod stood in the middle of the room. The group photo shows about forty-five people, describing a medium-sized practical software class.

The class for the team at Jaya Mas Medica took place in a room that also serves as a product showroom. Shelves along the side hold medical supplies such as syringes, catheters, and sharps containers, and mannequins in protective suits stand near the screen. About thirty participants sat in rows facing the screen, each with a laptop open.

The slide on screen is titled “Prosedur Pengumpulan Tugas” (assignment submission procedure) with a QR code, a sign that participants completed and submitted tasks during the class. A facilitator in a yellow shirt spoke into a microphone while walking between the rows, and another facilitator leaned in beside participants to help at their laptops. The group photo was taken outside the building, in front of the OneMed Health Care sign, with about thirty people. The format mixes whole-class teaching with one-to-one support.

PT Delta Food

Industri pengolahan pangan

The class for the team at Delta Food took place in a plain office meeting room: one long table, office chairs, a whiteboard, and a large map on the wall. About eight participants sat around the table with their own laptops, along with a small projector, bottled water, and snacks on a plate.

The atmosphere is close coaching. A facilitator in a blue shirt with an ID lanyard stood behind participants, pointing at screens and explaining each step. One laptop shows the Canva design app with the line “Dapatkan Canva untuk Shopify”, so the class appears to cover creating visual material and online store content. Participants took turns asking questions and showing each other their results on screen. A small group like this gives every participant time with the facilitator directly.

PT Hijau Cipta Harmoni

Mitra korporat di sektor industri

The class for the team at Hijau Cipta Harmoni took place in a café and an open terrace overlooking trees. A television on a wheeled stand shows the slide “Training Teamwork & Growth Mindset” with the subtitle “Growing Mindset, Building Team, Winning Together”. The facilitator spoke into a microphone, and about twenty participants sat on wooden chairs in rows without tables.

The session was active. Participants took turns asking questions through the microphone, then moved to sit on the wooden floor to work on task sheets. On the terrace and in the courtyard they played team games: racing to move water through straws into cups on a rack, and competing in movement games amid a lot of laughter. Near the end several participants stand holding cards. The format pairs a short on-screen session with team games outdoors.

PT Frasta Survey Indonesia

Mitra korporat di sektor jasa survei

The class for the team at Frasta Survey took place in a small office training room with glass walls, a projector screen, and black tables. The opening slide reads “Panduan Lengkap dan Praktis Menggunakan Wix” (a complete, practical guide to using Wix), and the screen then moves to the Wix site editor with a page titled “Tambah Layanan Baru” (add a new service). A banner for the institution's survey training programme stands at the side.

There were only a few participants, so each one received direct attention. The facilitator explained at the screen, then stood beside participants and pointed at their laptops as they built a portfolio page. The group photo shows about seven people in the office lobby. This format suits a very practical digital skills class, where participants can see their finished work by the end of the session.

The class for the team at Grinatha took place right in their office. Participants sat at their own workstations facing desktop computers, all wearing matching blue polo shirts. A wall-mounted television shows a slide titled “Intro” with an “AI Chatbots” diagram.

A facilitator in batik spoke into a microphone while walking down the aisles between desks, then leaned in beside participants to help on their screens. Some participants point at the screen of the colleague next to them. At the end the facilitator received a gift from a representative, and about twenty-five people posed together on a rooftop with artificial grass. A class held in the workspace like this lets participants practise on the same computers they use every day.

PT Resindo Utama Perkasa

Mitra korporat di sektor industri

The class for the team at Resindo Utama Perkasa took place in a hotel meeting room with tables set in a U-shape and open floor in the middle. The front table holds a CPR torso mannequin, a bag marked “Emergency”, a resuscitation mask, and triangular bandages. Two facilitators stood at the front with microphones.

Practice was the core of the session. The facilitators demonstrated tying a triangular sling to support an arm, then demonstrated choking first aid on the mannequin. Participants then tried it themselves: one photo shows two participants fitting a splint and bandage to a colleague's leg. A mannequin was also placed on the floor in the middle of the room for practice. About twelve participants are visible, a number that gives everyone a turn at hands-on practice.

The class for the team at Surya Pakumas took place in a small meeting room with tables in a U-shape, a television on a stand, a flipchart, and the Indonesian flag in the corner. About nine participants sat at their own laptops, and several screens show a spreadsheet in table form.

The slide on screen carries a list titled “Shortcut” with keyboard combinations, a sign that the class taught faster ways of working in a spreadsheet application. The facilitator explained at the front, then walked around and leaned beside participants to look at their screens one by one. Participants wore work clothes with ID lanyards. A group this small leaves room for the facilitator to check each participant's work during the session.

How to read class documentation as evidence

This gallery shows photos from some of the institutions we have trained, in classes facilitated by our training network. Class photos are useful to HR, L&D, and procurement teams weighing a training provider, provided they are read carefully. This guide explains what a photo can tell you, what you should ask about directly, and how to request it in a proposal.

What a class photo can show

A class photo holds more information than a quick glance suggests. The first thing it shows is format: whether participants sit in rows facing a screen, gather around round tables, form a U-shape, or stand and move around the room. That arrangement tells you whether the class is mostly listening, discussing, or practising with their own hands.

The second is scale. Make a rough count of the people visible in the group photo or in a shot of the room from the back. A class of twenty in an office meeting room runs at a different rhythm from a forum of several hundred in a hall. The third is equipment: a laptop on every desk, a projector screen, phones used for a live quiz, training mannequins, or practice materials such as paint and fabric. The fourth is the kind of institution, which you can often read from uniforms, ID lanyards, and the room itself. With these four clues, a buyer can judge whether a provider has run classes shaped like the one being planned, for a similar workforce, in a similar kind of room.

What the camera cannot capture

A photo stops at the second it was taken. It cannot show whether participants used their new skills a week later, whether their managers noticed a change, or whether the institution judged the class a success. Smiles in a group photo show the mood at the close of a session, and that mood on its own is no measure of results.

The trainer's quality is also hard to judge from a picture. A facilitator standing in front of a screen may be excellent or merely adequate, and the camera cannot tell the difference. The same goes for the content, how well the examples fit the participants' work, and how the trainer handles a difficult question. So this gallery works best as the opening of a conversation. To judge results and quality, a buyer needs other material: a curriculum outline, profiles of the proposed trainers, sample evaluation instruments, and a direct conversation with people who have used a similar service. All of these can be requested while the proposal is prepared, and most of them will tell you more than any photograph.

Reading the room layout and class format

The way tables are arranged is the most honest clue to how a class actually ran. Rows of desks facing a screen are usually chosen for material that has to be demonstrated step by step, especially software classes. A U-shape makes discussion easier, because everyone can see each other and the facilitator can walk into the middle. Round tables suit group work and hands-on activities such as batik or painting. Chairs without tables, or participants sitting on the floor, point to a session built on movement and games.

Almost all of these layouts appear in this gallery. There are classes held in the participants' own workspace, with the facilitator moving from one workstation to the next. There are classes in hotel meeting rooms, institutional halls, a product showroom, and an open terrace. For a buyer, that range answers one simple question: has the format I have in mind been run before, and in what sort of room? The answer helps you define room requirements, equipment, and the number of participants per class before a proposal is written.

Reading the mix of government and private institutions

The gallery is split into two groups: government and public bodies, then corporate and industry. The first group includes a state institution, a military academy, a provincial legislative secretariat, a provincial agency, a district police command, a regional civil service development agency, and a professional association of doctors. The second includes factories, a chemicals distributor, a medical device maker, a survey services firm, and regional offices in several sectors.

This mix is worth reading calmly. Classes for government bodies often take the form of technical guidance sessions or learning forums with many participants, held in a hall or ballroom and opened with a formal ceremony. Classes for companies are more often small to medium in size, held in an office meeting room or a hotel function room, and move straight into practice. Both patterns are clear in the photos. A buyer from a government body can see examples of classes that follow official protocol. A buyer from a company can see examples of dense, practical classes. Keep in mind that the gallery is a sample. It shows some of the institutions we have trained, and the full list is longer than what appears here.

Why only some classes are photographed

Many classes take place without a single photo. Some institutions have policies that forbid photography in work areas, especially factories, laboratories, server rooms, and offices that hold customer data. Others allow photos for their internal archive and ask that they stay unpublished. Some classes deal with sensitive matters, such as complaint handling, team performance, or negotiation preparation, and in those rooms a camera gets in the way of open discussion.

So the number of photos in this gallery says nothing about how many classes have run. The institutions shown here are simply those whose sessions were documented. Online classes are also rarely represented, because a screenshot of a video call carries participants' names and faces, and those participants have not always agreed to publication. A buyer who wants to see an example from a sector or format that is missing here can ask directly, and we will check whether any documentation can be shared with the permission of the institution concerned.

Setting the photography rules for your class

The institution that books a class decides whether it may be photographed. Tell us when the program is planned: no camera at all, photos for your internal archive only, or photos that may be shown publicly. If you choose no documentation, the class runs without a camera.

If the class is photographed, you can also ask for participants to be told at the start, for anyone who prefers to stay out of frame to be kept out, and for screens showing internal data to be avoided. On this page we write about the atmosphere of a class, the room, and what groups were doing, and we leave individual participants undescribed. Any institution shown in the gallery that wants its photos taken down can contact us, and we will act on that request.

Asking for references and further documentation in a proposal

A serious buyer should ask for more than the gallery. In your request for proposal, name the kind of evidence you need: examples of classes in the same format, examples from the same sector, profiles of the trainers who will teach, sample materials, and a sample post-class report. The more specific the request, the more useful the material we can prepare.

References from other institutions are sent on request, and only with that institution's permission. In practice we first ask our contact there whether they are willing to be approached, and only then pass on their details. Further documentation, such as photos that are not in the gallery, class agendas, or evaluation summaries, follows the same rule. This protects the trust of institutions we have served, and a buyer can expect the same treatment for their own class documentation later. If a reference cannot be shared because of the institution's policy, we will say so plainly and offer comparable material in its place.

Using this gallery to shape your training needs

The gallery is most useful while a team is still defining what it needs. Look at photos from the institutions most similar to your own workplace and note three things: how many participants are visible, how the room is arranged, and what participants are doing. Those notes can go straight into an internal meeting about the format you want.

Then bring those notes into a conversation with us. Tell us the number of participants, the location or whether you need an online class, the equipment available, and the outcomes you are aiming for. From there we can propose a design, suggest suitable trainers, and explain what the institution needs to prepare. The initial consultation to define these needs is free of charge. The photos in this gallery help start that conversation with the same picture on both sides, so meeting time can go to the substance of the class.
