Neksus is a corporate training provider in Indonesia. We build every program from what your organization actually needs, mapped together in a Training Needs Analysis.
Run it as in-house training built for one organization, or as an open class with a fixed curriculum for individuals and small teams.

Other ways to browse
You can look at one topic from several angles. Start from your industry, from the role you are training, or from the theme you are focused on this year.
Real examples and training context from your sector.
Learning paths for a specific role on your team.
Tiered programs built around a target for the year.
How to choose a topic
A good topic choice starts from the need. The three questions below are a fast way to narrow things down before a longer conversation.
Mapping the need looks at three levels: the organization (strategy, regulation, culture), the job (what the target role has to do), and the person (current skill against what the job demands). Skip this step and training usually treats the symptom. The budget goes into an event while the problem stays put.
The same topic lands differently depending on who is in the room. Digital transformation for a board is a half-day strategy workshop. For a product team, it means changing how they work every day. Decide which role you are aiming at first.
Agree the indicators up front, then evaluate with the four Kirkpatrick levels: reaction, learning, behavior change, and business results. A topic picked without indicators usually ends as spent budget with nothing you can report.
The first consultation is free. Use it to sharpen your choice before any formal decision.
Who it is for
People who buy corporate training come from many kinds of organization. Priorities and paperwork differ, and we serve all of them.
From large corporates to mid-size companies lifting their team. They usually want speed, material that is genuinely tailored, and a short impact report.
We handle Purchase Orders, VAT invoices, and vendor documentation. We are also used to longer procurement stages and tight internal reporting.
Ministries, agencies, and regional governments. That includes programs entered through the electronic procurement system (SPSE), with administrative reporting as required.
Industry associations, research institutes, and professional bodies running member-development programs, or preparing a cohort for certification.
Foundations, NGOs, and social-sector organizations that usually need a budget-efficient format tied to their mission and the people they serve.
The catalogue has one main door and three side doors. Knowing all four makes your search a great deal shorter.
The main door is the topic. Every topic has its own page explaining the problem it works on, who it is for, what the modules cover, and how it can be delivered. If you already know which capability you want to raise, say negotiation or data literacy, start from the search box or the categories above.
Many buyers arrive with something else in hand. Some only know their sector, some only know the job titles of the people they need to train, and some carry an annual target from the board with no topic name at all. For them, the three side doors below lead to the right programme faster. Every door ends at the same topic pages, so you never land in a separate catalogue.
Regional HR teams and foreign-owned companies often meet a few local terms on these pages. Here is what they mean, so the programme pages read clearly.
A programme page has many parts. For a buying decision, these five deserve a slow read, each with one question you can take into the meeting.
Read the opening paragraph and hold it against the complaint you heard from the participants' managers. The question is simple: is the problem written here the same one we have, or does it only share a name?
Check the participant level it is aimed at. Material that suits individual contributors will feel thin to managers, and material built for directors will feel distant to staff. Ask: what share of our participants fit this profile?
A good outcome can be observed at work, for example being able to write a weekly risk report. Ask: once people have mastered this, what will look different at their desks a month later?
Look at the formats and programme shapes on offer. The question: does this fit our operating rhythm, including shifts, branches in other cities, and peak seasons?
If the topic has a version for your sector, open it and compare the examples. Ask: can the case studies be swapped for real cases from our own unit?
Duration sets how much change it is reasonable to expect. Choosing a length is really choosing the kind of change you are after.
A catalogue programme is a starting point. Most in-house buyers ask for adjustments, and several parts are open to change.
Some parts are worth protecting so the programme stays sound. The learning sequence should hold, because advanced skills stand on the foundations taught first. The share of practice should hold too, since cutting exercises to fit in more content usually sends people home with plenty of notes and very little change in what they can do.
For topics leading to professional certification, content mapped to the reference competency units cannot be trimmed freely. The certificate is issued by the certification body or LSP that runs the assessment, so the material has to stay faithful to the standard they use.
If the search box does not find what you need, the programme can still be designed. To get the design right, these five things help our team most.
Write down one or two real events behind the request, such as reports that keep arriving late or meetings that always overrun. A concrete event gives a clear handle for designing the way out.
Positions, number of people, years of experience, and whether they are one team or a mix from several units.
What the participants' managers hope to see once the programme ends. One plain sentence is enough to start.
The rough timing, which cities or formats are possible, and the budget you already hold. Your budget is the reference the design is built around.
If you have them, include internal survey results, job descriptions, or a new regulation people need to understand. Material like this removes many questions from the first conversation.
Much of what training achieves is decided before anyone walks into the room. These small steps are easy to forget and make a large difference.
Managers who are involved from the start are usually what decides whether the material gets used or forgotten. That is why many in-house programmes add a short session for the managers alone, covering what the programme teaches and how they can follow up on it.
For shared understanding, such as a new regulation, a mixed class can work well. For skills tied to authority, like giving feedback or making decisions, separate classes by level are usually more honest, because people speak more freely without their own manager in the room.
Yes, and it is a common request, for example communication and time management for new supervisors. What needs agreeing is the order and the share of time, so both topics keep room for practice.
Tell the programme contact as early as you can. The remaining sessions get reshaped, and when the mismatch lies with the trainer, someone else takes over without a new bill.
That page shows how the topic is taught in your sector's context. For in-house delivery, the examples and cases are still rebuilt from your own organisation's situation.
Most organisations keep one topic everywhere and swap the cases for each branch. A hybrid format or sessions rotating through each location can be discussed based on the number of participants in each city.
Yes. Delivery can be in English, Bahasa Indonesia, or a mix, and the choice is usually made per group. Some teams prefer English for slides and materials with discussion in Bahasa Indonesia.
Three things are enough: who the participants are, what problem triggered the need, and the budget and timing you have in mind. The rest can be completed together in the first consultation, which is free of charge.
Yes. Programme pages are written so they can be read by someone who was not in the first conversation. Many buyers share them as discussion material before asking for a formal proposal.
Try a broader keyword in the search box, or go through the role and solution doors. If it still does not appear, write your internal term in the form and our team will match it to an existing topic.
Yes. A pilot cohort is often used to test the fit of the material and the delivery, and what it shows becomes the basis for refining the programme before it opens to other units.
